This research used neoclassical realism as a basic theory with illustrative data analysis method. Using primary and secondary datas that collected from library research. The result of this study is in responsing Turkey’s action, the US had been examined its position in international system and domestic factors. There are two foreign policies as a result of decision making process, i.e. removed Turkey from Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program and imposed sanctions on Turkish defense industry agency (SSB) based on the Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanction Act (CAATSA)
