  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Tensions between Iran and the United States have increased since nuclear sanctions in 2018, it also raised the risk of open conflict in the Middle East region, especially the Middle Eastern waters. In 2019 there were several attacks on merchant ships and oil vessels passing through middle eastern waters. In response to this, a consortium was formed called the International Maritime Security Construct (IMSC) to maintain the security of ships sailing in the waters of the Middle East.The research method used in this research is descriptive research and the type of data used is primary data in the form of official documents and secondary data from books, journals, and articles from the official website. This study uses the concept of collective security in analyzing IMSC’s efforts in Middle Eastern waters. The results of this study shows that IMSC’s efforts in overcoming security threats in Middle Eastern waters in 2019-2022 are through collective security cooperation. IMSC formed security collectives such as the Coalition Task Force (CTF) as an IMSC operational unit, carried out the deployment of large naval vessels (sentinels) such as frigates and destroyers, as well as small naval vessels (sentries) such as patrol boats and corvettes on a scheduled basis in Eastern Waters Central and in collaboration with the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Organization (UKMTO). IMSC has been running since 2019 when the threat to water security increased until 2022 is still ongoing.

Data yang digunakan dalah jenis data sekunder yang diperoleh penulis melalui hasil telaah pustaka baik dari baik dari buku-buku, jurnal, laporan, dan melalui akses internet yang berisikan data dan informasi relevan berkaitan dengan penelitian yang dibahas oleh penulis. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alasan Turkmenistan tidak bergabung dengan SCO adalah terkait dengan status permanent neutrality yang dimiliki oleh negara tersebut. Selain itu terdapat potensi gangguan terhadap kepentingan nasional negara tersebut. Potensi gangguan tersebut terjadi dalam tiga kategori kepentingan nasional, yaitu kepentingan pertahanan, kepentingan ekonomi dan kepentingan tatanan dunia.

The methodology used in the study was explanatory through primary and secondary data. Author used theories and concepts to explain the phenomenon or event that being researched by collecting data from the study of literature through previous research from journals, books, and news sites on the internet. The results showed that the United States arrested Huawei’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) because the United States government saw that Huawei had violated the United States’ national law, namely the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act by selling US informationtechnology devices that embargoed to Iran.

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah jenis data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui hasil telaah pustaka digital baik dari buku, jurnal, laporan, dokumen, dan sumber-sumber internet yang berisi data dan informasi yang relevan berkaitan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran UNICEF dalam menangani anak- anak korban topan Haiyan di Filipina adalah memulihkan kondisi anak-anak yang menjadi korban topan Haiyan dengan cara menjalankan peran organisasi internasional di saat situasi tanggap darurat dan pasca bencana, sebagai tindakan pemulihan kondisi darurat pada anak-anak dari dampak bencana topan Haiyan dengan bekerjasama bersama pemerintah Filipina untuk menangani korban maupun penduduk yang terkena dampak Topan Haiyan.

This research is a descriptive research type with primary data from interview and secondary data source. Obtained book, Journals, articles, official publication, internet acces and credible litelatures, Then, to explain the research question the writers uses Social Movement. The results of this research, show that the efforts made by the Muara Tae indigenous community in defending their forest from deforestation are by carrying out a resistance movement against the oil palm plantation company PT Borneo Surya Mining Jaya which opened oil palm plantations which received opposition from the Muara Tae community, and the efforts of the resistance movement against the company continued from 2012 to 2019 but due to the pandemic the movement’s efforts were temporarily suspended. The movement carried out by the Muara Tae indigenous community can at least maintain the customary forest that can still be maintained.

This programs aims to reduce the amount of tax evasion. The result showed that the reason Indonesia to run AEOI based on consideration process, by maximizing profits and minimizing costs from these choice. Indonesia has implemented the AEOI program in order to inrease state revenue through the tax sector. In addition, Indonesia can also reduce the number of perpetrators of tax evasion, and can track its citizens who save their assets abroad. Even so, Indonesia cannot be seperated from tax avoidance.

To analyze the problems in this research, the author uses a descriptive type of research, namely by describing the efforts made by Indonesia to achieve the target of the 4th SDGs. The analytical technique used is qualitative. The theory/concept used is the concept of public policy and the concept of education quality. The research method used is explanative with secondary data types. The analysis technique used is interactive by Miles and Huberman. the concept used in this research is national interests. The results of this study indicate that the United States has 3 interests in initiating the Kosovo-Serbia Normalization Economic Agreement 2020, namely economic interests, marked by an increase in the value of trade and investment; the interests of the world order, marked by the values of democracy and liberalism – capitalism in the content of the agreement; and lastly, ideological interests, which are marked by the position of Russia and China which is quite strong in the Balkan region, especially in Serbia which has strong relations both politically and economically.
