  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to explain the implementation of Cooperation Between Indonesia-Cuba in Boxing Development to Improve Indonesia’s Achievement in the SEA Games 2013. In term of research type, the researcher used descriptive type with qualitative technique to analyze the data. This research was using primary data which obtained by interview, and secondary data which obtained through internet and library research. To explain the Cooperation Between Indonesia-Cuba in Boxing Development to Improve Indonesia’s Achievement in the SEA Games 2013, the researcher adapted bilateral functional theory by Teuku May Rudy and sport achievement concept. The result shows that cooperation between Indonesia-Cuba in boxing development was implemented by Training Camp program. The regulations of implementation were based on the bilaterally MoU of Sport 2013, which led by Pertina as Indonesian amateur boxing organisation and Cubadeportes S.A as Cuban national boxing organisation. The first action, Indonesia invites boxing coach from Cuba to do selection, then the selected athletes were trained in Cuba in order of preparing themselves for facing SEA Games 2013.

And also describes the stages during disaster management, such as the stage during the emergency response, and post-disaster. The type of research used is descriptive. The results showed that the role of the AHA Center in Central Sulawesi through several stages, namely in the stage during the emergency response phase the AHA Center acts as a communicator and facilitator in periodically announcing the status of conditions during the disaster, Mobilizing the ERAT Team to help BNPB evacuate disaster victims, sharing information about eartquake in central Sulawesi by ADInet, and Facilitating logistical assistance from the Philippines in the form of family tents, Facilitating emergency tent assistance from DELSA (The Disaster Emergency Logistics System for ASEAN) to be distributed to several villages in Central Sulawesi. Coordinate assistance offered by international countries. and in the aftermath of the disaster, the AHA Center acts as a facilitator in Facilitating the distribution of assistance in the form of Permanent Shelter (Huntap) from Brunei Darrusalam and Filiphina

This research his a descriptive research, utilizing qualitative data analysis technique using seconder data mined from the internet and literature. To explain the efforts the government has made, writer used tourism concept by Theobald and Sustainable Development concept from Emil Salim. The output of there search shows that in facing tourism objects expansion in Maratua Island and to over come the obstacles and challenges in said object is indeed the duty of Berau District Government to handle numbers of issues with in the island, regarding the island’s location as one of the outer island of Indonesia. Thus, the district government has to ensure the security measurement of Maratua Island and to protect local assets from foreign threats.

This research aims to explain Indonesia’s obstacle in handling the problem of Aggressive Tax Palnning issues by Google Company. In analyzing this research, teh Author uses a descriptive analytic type of research , and the data presented in this research is secondary data obtained from books, journals, mass media, and internet. In explaining Indonesia’s obstacles handling teh problem of Aggressive Tax Planning isuuses by Google Company, Author use the concept of Negotiaton and Tax Avoidance. The result show that the obstacle of Indonesia in handling Aggressive Tax Planning by Google Company is refusal by Google Company to become a Permanent Bussiness Entity in Indonesia. After that, Google considers the calculation offered by Indonesia through the Direktorat General of taxes it too large.

The medium range missile is known as the 9m729 Missile, in addition to that the report sent by the United States did not get a response from the Russian side, which is very contrary to the obligations of the INF agreement. In accordance with the agreement agreed, that if there is a complaint the party must provide verification of the complaint. Another reason is the interest of the United States to invite other countries in the latest intermediate range cooperation which is Multilarelism so that the security of the United States does not lag behind other regions, especially China.
