The purpose of this study is to know how Implementation USAID and Indonesian Forest Climate Support (USAID IFACS) in reducing gas emissions in Central Kalimantan 2010-2015. This study is a qualitative research. It uses the library research method by taking the data from books, journals, articles and the internet. The one of IFACS program to reduce greenhouse gas emissions is a program of Landscape Conservation Plan (LCP), where the program is carried out together with the FMP. The purpose of this LCP is to give an overall picture of the conservation targets in the Katingan areas to reduce greenhouse gas emissions that occur in Indonesia, particularly on Katingan. The Government of Katingan based criteria embody Low Emissions Development Strategy (LEDS) which is one of the programs reduce greenhouse gas emissions, USAID IFACS again proposed a program that is the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Spatial Planning (SP) as a continuation of the program RKBA.

Research type applied is analytical descriptive, describe trying to analyze what efforts were made by the AHA Centre in assisting the countries in the region when the disaster occurred. Presented data was secondary data obtained through Indonesia official site, books, journal, internet, and all the sources that were related to this subject. Data analytical technique applied is qualitative analysis technique. The results showed that efforts of the ASEAN Human Assistance (AHA Centre) in disaster relief in Southeast Asia can be seen through some things : (1)AHA Centre establish emergency response work programs ranging from risk assessment, early warning and monitoring. (2) Recovery. (3) AHA Centre formed a disaster emergency logistics system in order to ensure the availability of goods required for humanitarian aid quickly.

• Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The main purpose of this research is to describe and explore how the economic relation between European Union and Russia after Crimean Crisis. Theory or concept used in this study is the theory of neorealism. The type of this research is descriptive, that describes the economic relation between European Union and Russia after Crimean Crisis. The result of the research have shown that the Crimean Crisis had the impact to relationship of European Union and Russia, especially in economic matter. The tension between both actors was increased after the annexation of Crimea by Russian Federation. The European Union accused Russia for breaking Ukraine’s Sovereignity. Therefore The European Union brought sanctions on Russia in the hope that Russia would draw out its intervention in Ukraine’s conflict, however Russia refuse all accusations in connection with political conflict in Ukraine, and even showed that they do not want to be influenced by European Union’s sanctions and its reluctance to submit to European Union’s wish, by bringing countermeasures on European Union. These actions of sanctions that had impact on their economic relation. It can be seen by the decrease of trade value between both parties in 2014 and 2015.
