  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The issue of child soldiers in Ukraine emerged since the onset of the political crisis on 2014 that resulted in a conflict between the opposition and the Ukrainian government, so that UNICEF must take action to prevent and stop the child soldiers. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of UNICEF to suffering of the Child Army in Ukraine. This study used descriptive research method and secondary data. Child Soldier and Humanitarian Action concept as conceptual framework are used to answer the reseach question. The results showed that UNICEF has played an active role in addressing the issue. UNICEF has conducted monitoring to prove the truth of that issue. UNICEF has also advocated for children in Ukraine. UNICEF has provided psychosocial support more than 46,000 children and trained approximately 5,000 teachers and psychologists.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): BIMP-EAGA is a sub-regional economic cooperation initiative established to promote socio-economic development in less developed and remote areas of its member states and narrow development gap within interregional and regional country. The Research results show that the realization of BIMP-EAGA cooperation in the connectivity program in the fields of air, land and sea transportation is not fully realized and only exists in several regions in BIMP-EAGA member countries. through the BIMP-EAGA framework Roadmap To Development 2006-2010, the realization of the connectivity program in the field of land transportation has been established that connects the city of Pontianak – Kuching – Bandar Seri Begawan – Kota Kinabalu which is along the western Borneo island in 2008. Then the framework This is followed by the 2012-2016 BIMP-EAGA Implementation Blueprint, where improvements in airport infrastructure facilities, roads, ports and other facilities continue to be encouraged. Until the end of the Implementation Blueprint in 2016, the realization of transportation connectivity has linked 5 air routes that connect 8 cities in the BIMP-EAGA region, namely Pontianak, Tarakan, Bitung in Indonesia; Kuching, Tawau and Kota Kinabalu in Malaysia; Bandar Seri Begawan in Brunei Darussalam and the City of Davao in the Philippines. As well as in the field of sea transportation, a passenger ferry route has been realized which connects the city of Zamboanga, Philippines with Sandakan in Malaysia.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Syria suffered a humanitarian crisis since 2011 which was the result of the intergovernmental civil war Bashar al Assad with the public. This has caused many people to flee to other countries for help and security. This research were made to find out how the Brazil government’s efforts in dealing with Syrian refugees, applying the theory of international cooperation, the concept of humanitarian aid and international refugees. Using descriptive research type. The type of data used is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the Brazil government’s efforts in dealing with Syrian refugees able to overcome the impact of the presence of refugees in Brazil due to open door policy issued by the President Dilma Roussef to receive Syrian refugees by granting humanitarian visas. The efforts of the Brazilian government to handle refugees comprised of domestic efforts to include refugees in the Bolsa familia program, implementing local integration programs and overseas efforts in collaboration with UNHCR including the cooperatioan of humanitarian visa and resettlement programs.

The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts to manage Blok Mahakam by Kaltim Government with Pertamina after Cooperative Contract of Total Company. This study used descriptive research method. Energy Security and Multinational Corporation concept as conceptual framework are used to answer the reseach question. This research used the secondary data. The results showed that the efforts of the Kaltim Government with Pertamina has succeeded in taking over the rights of the Blok Mahakam from PT. Total E & P Indonesie. Efforts that have been done are the Governor of East Kalimantan invites local stakeholders to fight the rights of oil and gas fields Blok Mahakam, Filing for KKS Amount not renewed, Coordinate with PT. Migas Mandiri Pratama (MMP), Kaltim Local Company, to prepare the blueprint in the management plan, Facilitate the permit related to workmanship of Mahakam area from Total E & P Indonesie to Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM). While Pertamina’s business has submitted a letter to the Indonesian government. In November 2014, it has found the oil fund of Blok Mahakam, Pertamina has also sent to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources with the intention that Pertamina is ready to manage the Blok Mahakam, Pertamina has submitted a proposal the management of the Blok Mahakam to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) in February 2015, Pertamina has made preparations, namely the acceleration of drilling in 15 wells until the end of 2017 and the reservoir thickening.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Paris Accord is one of the international environmental regimes that are trying to slow down the pace of climate change, with America as one of the pioneer during negotiation. However, after the change of American leadership in 2016, President Trump decided to quit the Paris Accord. This decision was takenas part of his campaign in 2016, due to the argument that Paris Accord is hurting America’s Economy. The purpose of this research was to explain the reasons America by his new president Donald Trump quit the Paris Accord. The concepts used to perform analysis in this research are national interest and international regime. Data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. America’s exiting from the accord was part of Trump’s campaign, under consideration of national interest of US, concerning the economic and political interest. The President himself argued that staying in the Paris Accord would only lead US to its own demise, by losing its competitive edge in the world. Economic interest and internal and external political interest played a major role in the making of this decision. Although Americans themselves had very differing opinions and chose to stay in the Paris Accord by doing whatever they can to help slow down the climate change.

Based on this information, the contents of reseacrh to describe how the Efforts Nigerian Government in the Buhari Period Handle Drug Trafficking in the Year 2015-2017.
