To prevent the extinction of the Sun Bears, several countries including Indonesia determined that the Sun Bear’s protected by anti-poaching laws to protect against poaching ,in 2014-2016 The number of sun bears in East Kalimantan continues to decline, due to deforestation, illegal hunting, and illegal trade.if not immediately handled in the fear of the sun bear population will be extinct, the purpose of this study is to see how the implementation of the Minister of Forestry Regulation no. P.32 / Menhut-II / 2011.applied in east kalimantan to maintain the balance of sun bear populations to avoid extinction by building a conservation center for sun bears
