• Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The problem of rice commodities in Indonesia is very complex starting from government policies that affect the private sector and farmers, some of them are: the lack of budgets of the agricultural sector, the development that is touched in the industrial sector, the transfer of rice fields, the increasing population, rice production centers the uneven and agricultural technology that still directly corners the farmers in the midst of incessant government programs to surplus rice to bring consequences to the decline in grain prices at the farmers’ level of cruel disincentives for farmers to improve rice productivity and management of food and food reserves. Implementation Cooperation between Indonesia and Thailand in agriculture year 2010-2014 (case study of rice quality improvement). This research uses qualitative research method. In this study the authors use the concept of bilateral cooperation and food security used to perform analysis in this study. Data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. The implementation of cooperation by Indonesia and Thailand in agriculture is a case study of improving the quality of rice in the form of agricultural organizations as an effort to improve the quality of rice in Indonesia and the development of agricultural research. and extension in Indonesia The purpose of this research is to know the result of Implementation between Indonesia and Thailand hence the result of bilateral agreement the Indonesian government uses two ways to realize the improvement of rice quality. To overcome the economic problems that exist in Indonesia the president Jokowi has a 3 priority policy, one of which is the policy that leads to the era of creativity through renewable natural resources, which is the intellectual-based Creative Industry. The creative economy has the opportunity to develop in areas with high natural resources potential and human resources especially for Indonesia. Creative industry of fashion subsector in Indonesia able to give big enough role either in the absorption of labor or regional income even economic growth indonesia. This has led to strong reaction and international response related to the movement of terrorism. The United States calls on countries with a similar focus on counterterrorism to support the proposed coalition formed by the United States to combat ISIS movements. The purpose of this study was to describe the effort of (UNIFEM) United Nations Development Fund for Women to solve the women discrimination and violence case in Bangladesh. This research used descriptive research to describe the effort of UNIFEM (United Nations Development Fund for Women) to solve women victim of violence case in Bangladesh. The data that used in this research was secunder data which the source took from review literature such as book, internet and other related source. The analyzing procedure that used in this research was qualitative. The research’s finding showed that the effort of UNIFEM to solve women discrimination and violence case in Bangladesh actualized through promotion and dissemination of information by mass media and electronic media, fundraising and cooperation with non-govermental organisation and academicians and also through international cooperation.
