The type of research used is descriptive research that seeks to explain why Indonesia failed to become a member of the ICAO Council. The data presented in this study are secondary data obtained from literature and various books, internet, journals and magazines as well as information and other media that are closely related to the problem under study which then uses International Regime Theory in analyzing these problems. The results of this study indicate that are several factors that have caused Indonesia to fail as a member of ICAO council. External factors and Internal factors are two factors that greatly influence why Indonesia has failed five times in a row. This research can also show that what factors are causing the failure of Indonesia to become a member of the ICAO council.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Abstract: The Asian Century refers to the dominant role that Asia is expected to play in the 21st century due to its progress economy and demographic trends. The concept of the Asian Century gained credence following the rapid economic growth of China and India since the 1980s. Developing Asia will need to invest $1.7 trillion per year in infrastructure until 2030 to maintain its growth momentum. The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank with a mission to improve social and economic outcomes in Asia. Australia is a country that is resistant to the initial formation of AIIB, but on December 2015 Australia decided to join the AIIB membership and become one of the prospective founding members of AIIB. The joining of Australia in AIIB is a dynamic in the political economy of the international economy that developed in the 21st century. The existence of the Asian Century as a magnet of the world economy becomes that global countries change the direction of policies that lead to Asia centric. This research is explained descriptively accompanied by quantitative data by analyzing through the perspective of a modern world system which indicates that the existence of AIIB indirectly creates dependency, class change, shifting hegemony to Asian centric towards third world countries and the center.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Abstract: Yemen is one of the countries affected by the Arab Spring incident in 2011. Besides poverty, corruption and weak law enforcement are also the cause of the rebellion against the Government of Yemen In 2015 to 2017 Saudi Arabia blocked the State of Yemen from the start of land, sea and air, by reason of preventing the shipment of firearms towards Houthi. As a result, the supply of food, medicines, and fuels has become blocked, making the humanitarian crisis even worse. This has an impact on the situation and condition of children in Yemen who are victims of the conflict. Protection, their basic living rights are violated, suffer from hunger, malnutrition, drop out of school and even become orphaned. Susceptible to all kinds of dangers, making them have difficulty returning home, because of trauma and stigmatization. The role of the ICRC in efforts to protect children in armed conflict in Yemen in 2015-2017. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. The framework of thinking used is the concept of international organizations. The role of the ICRC was formed through the specificity and scope of this organization. In international relations the ICRC is considered an independent actor as an initiator and facilitator. From this analysis it was found that there are two main roles of the ICRC which serve as guidelines for the ICRC in carrying out its mission to help protect children who are victims of conflict in the country of Yemen. as the initiator is the ICRC targeting the parties to the conflict in this case the Houthi rebel group and the Yemeni government with the socialization and application of international humanitarian law in the country. So by targeting the ICRC program to the warring parties. the role of the ICRC as a facilitator as an effort to reduce the number of child victims in the Yemen conflict with a protection program providing humanitarian assistance to children in the country in the form of psychological assistance, reunification of family relationships, a health program in which the ICRC facilitates several hospitals in Yemen with labor medical and drugs as an effort to help victims of injured children. Sanitation and water programs are ICRC’s efforts to provide adequate water to children as a form of prevention for other diseases.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (IJEPA) is an economic cooperation between the governments of Indonesia and Japan. In principle, this cooperation is mutual market openness in Japan and in Indonesia as well as increasing Indonesia’s capacity with Japanese assistance. The results of this research using the world system theory Immanuel Wallerstain. This theory is used to answer the reasons for Indonesia’s loss from the IJEPA Cooperation (Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement). IJEPA policy is not profitable for the Indonesian government if Indonesia does not revise and optimize IJEPA instruments such as MIDEC. If IJEPA and MIDEC are run seriously, hopefully Indonesia can be more fortunate and can optimize the transfer of science and technology from Japan so that it can overcome the economic problems that exist in Indonesia.

In this study the authors used the concept of the International Organization and concept Child Trafficking. The results of this study indicate that the “4A” program that has been carried out successfully in tackling trafficking in women in West Lombok despite several obstacles, UNICEF continues to explore more effective and innovative programs to deal with child trafficking in West Lombok. The programs still have many obstacle which UNICEF still try to observe why this program not fully can accept in majority.

Kerangka konseptual dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Kepentingan Nasional. Hasil dari penelitian penulis menunjukkan bahwa kepentingan Cina menyetujui pemimpin Jaish E Mohammed masuk ke dalam daftar global adalah berdasarkan kepentingan ekonomi yang tergolong sebagai major issue dan kepentingan tata dunia yang menjadi vital issue. Cina yang saat itu terlibat dalam berbagai kerjasama ekonomi dengan India memiliki kekhawatiran akan kehilangan pasarnya jika tetap mempertahankan keputusan awalnya. Kondisi ini akan segera mempengaruhi posisi Cina sebagai salah satu negara dengan kekuatan ekonomi terbesar di dunia. Kedua, Cina juga memiliki kepentingan tata dunia sebagai salah satu anggota tetap Dewan Keamanan Persatuan Bangsa Bangsa yang bertugas untuk memelihara stabilitas keamanan dunia. Sehingga, terus menolak pengajuan India untuk memasukkan Pemimpin JeM, Masood Azhar, ke dalam daftar teroris global dapat berdampak buruk pada posisinya di Dewan Keamanan Persatuan Bangsa Bangsa. Stabilitas keamanan yang seharusnya menjadi prioritas semua anggota Dewan Keamanan Persatuan Bangsa Bangsa pun akan terhambat dengan keleluasaan yang masih dimiliki oleh Masood Azhar.

In untilizing local currency settlement cooperation, communities and bussines people in three countries can make payment transactions directly without having to convert their money in dollars first.So people and businesses can easily spend their national money on payments in three countries.
