- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This research aims to analyze and describe the impact of the Anti-resettlement policy issued by the Australian Government for asylum seekers and refugees from transit countries such as Indonesia within 2014-2021. The research method used is descriptive with secondary data types. The analysis technique used is qualitative. The concept used in Human Security. The results of this research indicate that the actions taken by Australia by issuing an Anti- resettlement policy containing Australia’s refusal to asylum seekers and refugees who registered after July 1, 2014 at the UNHCR Indonesia Office, had an impact on Indonesia as a transit country where the impact experienced by both Indonesia and its citizens, with the presence of asylum seekers and refugees in West Jakarta who filled the street by setting up living tents which greatly disrupted the activities of the local community regarding the presence of asylum seekers and refugees
