- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This research aims to explain the cooperation of Indonesia and South Korea in the World Friends KOICA Volunteers Program 2017-2019 and explain about the benefits of this cooperation for Indonesia. The research method uses descriptive research type with data sources obtained from books, journals, websites and news valid. In this research the author uses the concept of Bilateral Cooperation. The results of this research indicate that the cooperation between Indonesia and South Korea in the World Friends KOICA Volunteers Program was stated in the form of an Implementation Arrangement (IA) on December 8, 2017 by placing a number of volunteers from South Korea in the various fields to support the programs of ministries in Indonesia to develop academic, vocational education, technology, information, and communication, creative economy, revitalization program for higher education, and development of science and technology parks. The benefits for Indonesia with this cooperation could help develop the quality of Indonesia’s human resources by building the skills of society in producing the next generation of the nation who are intelligent and competent, and able to compete at national and international levels
