The aim of this study is to explain response of government Kevin Rudd and his strategy to discovered Aboriginal problem that never be work by the previous government before Rudd’s goverment. This problem is analyzed by using human right and public policy theory. The type of research that used by the author is explanatory, the data presented are secondary which obtained by library research and the data analysis technique used is qualitative. The results of this research indicated that the respons issued about Aboriginial Ethnic by Kevin Rudd is to continue the reconciliation programs by the previous government that has not did well and declared a national apology to the aborigines in particular to the stolen generation to bring about justice and equality for all Australians. The government also discovered new program strategy as name “Close The Gap” for Aboriginal abaout education, health and economic.
