  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Human trafficking in Libya and Italy have lead to disadvantages for the stability of economic and political security at national levels since 2015. Therefore, this research purpose is to overview the results of the cooperation program that has been carried out after the signing of the cooperation since 2017 through a Memorandum of Understanding. The methodology in this research using descriptive and qualitative techniques. Furthermore, the concept used international cooperation and coordination of International Framework for Action to Implement the Trafficking in Persons Protocol as international human trafficking protocols. The result of this research shows the cooperation program in overcoming human trafficking has succeeded in the form of less arrival of irregular migrants groups since 2018-2019. Therefore, this cooperation has been considered appropriate in international mechanisms regarding the action plan in accordance with Framework for Action to Implement The Trafficking in Persons Protocol ” by using international cooperation and coordination concepts.

This research is a descriptive study. The type of data that is also used in this paper is secondary data obtained from several literatures, internet sites and other sources. While the focus of this research is to describe how the implementation of the cooperation between Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT) in the Development of Halal Tourism in Aceh in 2015-2019. The results of this study about the implementation of cooperation between Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand in the development of halal tourism carried out by the Aceh government through the implementation of a halal certification program as a guarantee of the halalness of products and services offered, promotion will be in the scope of the IMT-GT cooperation, namely through Sail Sabang activities in Aceh. , and provide education to the halal industry players in order to create an understanding in developing halal tourism in Aceh.

The research method uses descriptive research type with data sources obtained from books, journals and websites related to the Baubau city government and also TPO. In this study the authors used the theory of the concept of paradiplomacy and international tourism. The results of this study indicate that the city of Baubau as a member of TPO is to carry out activities related to tourism promotion such as festivals or exhibitions that show the city of Baubau as a tourism city that has potential if it is well developed and managed. Improvement and maintenance of leading tourist objects is an effort to join the TPO (Tourism Promotion Organization for Asia Pacific Cities) in 2019.

Nusantara Culinary is developedas a superior product in order to become a tourism attraction and can improve Nation Branding by increasing the culinary image of the nusantara culinary using a gastrodiplomacy strategy. This research uses a descriptive method which data are taken from books, journals, websites, and valid news. The author uses the concept of Nation Branding and Gastrodiplomacy. The result shows that the Indonesian gastrodiplomacy strategy carried out by building relationships through media and education; do marketing strategies and use of events; and building cooperation with foreign organizations. The non-state actors had an important role in supporting the Government of Indonesia to implement the gastrodiplomacy strategy to improve the culinary image of the Nusantara Culinary.
