- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Human trafficking in Libya and Italy have lead to disadvantages for the stability of economic and political security at national levels since 2015. Therefore, this research purpose is to overview the results of the cooperation program that has been carried out after the signing of the cooperation since 2017 through a Memorandum of Understanding. The methodology in this research using descriptive and qualitative techniques. Furthermore, the concept used international cooperation and coordination of International Framework for Action to Implement the Trafficking in Persons Protocol as international human trafficking protocols. The result of this research shows the cooperation program in overcoming human trafficking has succeeded in the form of less arrival of irregular migrants groups since 2018-2019. Therefore, this cooperation has been considered appropriate in international mechanisms regarding the action plan in accordance with Framework for Action to Implement The Trafficking in Persons Protocol ” by using international cooperation and coordination concepts.
