• Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This research aim to explain the main reason for the Olympic Council of Asia in accepting E-sports as a sport at the 2019 SEA Games. The research method used is explanatory research with data sources obtained from books, journals, websites, and credible news. In this research, the writer uses Decision Making Theory by George R. Terry. The results of this study indicate that the reason for the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) in accepting E-sports as an official sport at the 2019 SEA Games, which is the authority of the Olympic Council of Asia, and facts about E-sports that occur in Asia. In terms of authority, it is written in the “Constitution and Rules” that the OCA has complete control over the Olympic movement in Asia, all OCA Games, and the use of names, symbols, flags, mottos, logos, and the like. As for the facts, the development of E-sports in Asia continues to grow significantly from the number of viewers to the income derived from E-sports as well as support from countries in Asia by forming national E-sports organizations from their respective countries. In addition, OCA’s acceptance of E-sports as an official sport is also one way to achieve OCA’s goal of contributing to building a peaceful and better Asian society by educating young people through sports that are practiced in accordance with the Olympics and its values.

• Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This research aims to provide an explanation of the implementation of the program Community Learning Center (CLC) as a result of collaboration between the governments of Indonesia and Malaysia in dealing with educational problems for the children of Indonesian migrant workers in Sabah . The research method used in compiling this thesis is descriptive, namely research that seeks to explain the implementation of the CLC program to fulfill the education rights of children of Indonesian migrant workers in Sabah. Data collection technique in this research using literature studies or references as well as direct interviews, and the types of data used are primary and secondary data. Analysis technique used qualitative analysis. The concept used is the concept of Implementation and the concept of education of children which helps the researcher in explaining the implementation of the CLC program and the fulfillment of the right to education of children in Sabah. The results of this study are implementation of CLC as a program of collaboration between the governments of Indonesia and Malaysia. Cooperation that has existed since 2011 implementation will be described until the year 2019 based on the thoughts of Merilee S. Grindle which is divided into three main elements, namely the program and program implementation, the implementer and the object of the cooperation program by looking at the rights of children’s education without discrimination and getting formal education fulfilled. Continued cooperation is evidenced by the existence of regular reports on CLC activities carried out by SIKK to the Malaysian Ministry of Education. With this ongoing collaboration, it can be seen that the Indonesian government, in this case the SIKK CLC Division, consistently carries out the cooperation program well.

• Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The issue of food security currently becomes one of the priority issues in socio-economic development in many countries, one of them is Indonesia. In his leadership, President Joko Widodo asked World Food Programme (WFP) for help to solve the problem of national food security. This research aims to describe the efforts that made by WFP to help Indonesia solve its national food security problems and the obstacles during it’s implemented. The method used in this research is descriptive, with secondary data. Food Security Concept and Food Sovereignty Concept are used to describe the implementation of cooperation between Indonesia and WFP. The analysis figured out that in order to solve the problem of food security in Indonesia, WFP established a Country Strategic Plan program. In the CSP, WFP sets several targets which are classified into several sections and their supporting programs. During the implementation of the CSP, Indonesia was slightly helped in terms of its national food security, but in the final year of its implementation, the CSP actually encountered several obstacles in its program that caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, which resulted in the decline of Indonesia’s ranking in the Global Hunger Index (IKG).

This is an explanatory research with qualitative data analysis through secondary data which is then answered by using the rational concept of model actors to show the reasons for the abolition of the United States steel and aluminum import tariff policy. The data collection technique used in this research is literature study. The results of this study is to show that the cause of the elimination of the tariff on steel and aluminum were carried out by the United States to Canada, this elimination is because of retaliation imposed by Canada makes a loss for United States, the reduction in United States steel and aluminium imports, and also disruption of trade relations between the United States and Canada in USMCA because tariff policy on steel and aluminum imports from the United States.
