  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The ultimate aims of this thesis is to provide the elite politics in Thailand who have great influences in terms of establishing Democratization system, especially in era of Thaksin Shinawatra when he was being prime minister of Thailand in the year of 2001. in terms of research methodology, firstly, the thesis type is Descriptive, secondly the related with tha data resources, this thesis is using secondary data which obtain from literature reviews, journals, books and other related resources. Lastly the data analzye is kualitative descriptive. The purpose of this research was to explain AHA Centre counter measured the earthquake which accured in Myanmar in the year of 2012. The type of research is descriptive, tehnicque of data analyze is qualitative and use secondary data sourced from internet and library research. To explain AHA Centre counter measured the earthquake which accured in Myanmar in the year of 2012, the researcher use the role of international organizations theory by Biddle and Biddle and the concept of Disaster Management.The results show that the role of AHA Center in Myanmar earthquake disaster relief in 2012 is divided into 2, as facilitator and communicator.   • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Genetically modified food produced by the United States and is distributed to the worldwide, one of them is European Union.This study aimed to determine the efforts to resolve trade disputes between the United States and the European Union in the case of Genetically Modified Food through the World Trade Organization. The research method used in this thesis is case study. Techniques of collecting data used literature or reference studies, and the type of data used is secondary data. Analytical technique used is qualitative analysis. The teory used is Institutional Bargaining Game Theory and Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) of World Trade Organization (WTO). The results of this research show that Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) of the World Trade Organization (WTO) to create a panel obtain solutions of trade disputes between the United States and the European Union on Genetically Modified Food products. The DSB did not manage to find a way out by only once creating the Panel, as it was a difficult case to deal with, because of the many findings and objections of the disputants. Thus, the panel was re-created and until 2008 still continues.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): When conflicts happen women often get physical and mental injuries such as sexual violence, rape and physical abuse. It also happened to women in Yemen when the conflict occurred. Conflict that lasted from 2015 until now has caused many casualties, especially to women. Women, pregnant woman and lactating women are difficult to survive and suffice their needs. International Humanitarian Law set out clearly in The Convention of Geneva IV 1949 on the protection of civil society. Women receive distinction and preferential treatment in the case of protection when conflicts occur. The ICRC as a humanitarian and bodyguard organization of the Geneva Conventions seeks to reduce the number of women as victims of sexual violence. The ICRC works with local and international organizations. The efforts made by the ICRC are providing medical assistance and providing safe home services.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Strategic Investment Action Plan (SIAP) in one of cooperation programs between Japan and Indonesia who agreed by the highest officials of the both countries in 2005. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of SIAP to competitiveness Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) especially automotive components. Type of research where the author tries to describe Japan investment in Indonesia trough social economy, like as how to development SMEs automotive components and develop the human resources including in West Java. The data used in the research are primer and secondary data. The analysis of qualitative technique is used to analyze the data. The result showed that at 2014 the program SIAP most have been implemented by the governments (Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Trade and related parties), the private sectors, and the persons of SMEs to the development automotive components with small and medium scale in West Java, that be able contend in local and international markets. This is evident from the various types of training and workshops conducted to staff / employstructural, the private sectors and perpetrators SMEs automotive components.
