- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to determine the role of Ausaid in an effort to empower women in Indonesia through the program MAMPU by using the concept of international organizations and the concept of women’s empowerment. The research method used in preparing this thesis is descriptive type. العب مجانًا Data collection techniques used literature study and online research, using secondary data types. Analytical technique used is qualitative analysis.The results indicate that AusAID’s role through the MAMPU program in women’s empowerment in Indonesia is to work with civil society organizations, the Indonesian government, parliaments and other stakeholders at the central and regional levels to improve policies, regulations and access to government services affecting women poor in five thematic areas such as Improving Women’s Access to the Government of Indonesia’s Social Protection Programs, Improving Women’s Access to Employment and eliminating discrimination in the workplace, Improving the conditions of migration of women workers abroad, Strengthening women’s leadership for improved maternal and reproductive health, and Strengthening Women’s leadership to reduce violence against women.
