  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The purpose of this research is to know the efforts of Government of India in protecting Ethnic Jarawa from Human Safari case in Andaman Islands covering external and internal effort. The analytical tool is to use the theories and concepts of Decision Making and Human Security. Using the type of Descriptive Analytic research. The type of data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used by the author is to use literature review techniques that are based on books and internet media through valid sites. The results of this study show that the Indian government has worked with the United Nations and lobbied the countries on tour in the Andaman Islands to withdraw their tour of the Andaman Islands to stop Human Safari tours and then the international Survival organization assisting Indian authorities to launch a tourism boycott in the Andaman Islands to stop a human safari. From the action the international community supports and more than 12,000 people have pledged not to vacation in the Andaman Islands until Human Safari tours stop.

The bubble economy that strikes Japan causes so many economic problems that leads to long-term economic crisis, when the economy going down, governments that see the popularity of Japanese content abroad finally considers the content industry and creative industries have the potential to become one of the new economic backbones. Cool Japan program was finally inaugurated with the main goal to popularize Japanese content abroad so that later can form a nation brand and help Japan overcome the economic problems post-bubble economy. In its implementation, Cool Japan program has various forms of attractive promotion aimed at strengthening the nation’s brand in the international world, such as international exhibition, broadcasting local content abroad, and creative industry cooperation between countries.

Penyelidikan yang dilakukan berdasarkan petisi dari perusahaan kertas lokal Pakistan, yaitu Packages Limited tersebut berjalan hingga 2011. Di tahun yang sama, NTC Pakistan kembali melanjutkan penyelidikan anti-dumpingnya yang juga disertai dengan penyelidikan anti-subsidi. Namun setelah 2 tahun iniasi berjalan, kedua penyelidikan ini belum dihentikan dan baru dihentikan pada tahun 2014 setelah melalui proses konsultasi dengan Indonesia di Genewa. Dalam kasus ini, sikap Pakistan yang terus berupaya melanjutkan penyelidikannya didasarkan pada keyakinan Pakistan bahwa dengan melakukan tuduhan dumping kepada kertas Indonesia, Pakistan secara umum bertujuan untuk melindungi dan menjaga stabilitas ekonominya dan secara khusus, membantu industri kertas dalam negeri bangkit dari masa resesi.

But internet have negative side too, where people with capability in technology use it to gain profit for theirself and it can becomes hacker, which is one of cybercrime act.This study aims to explain the policy of Indonesian government to handle hacker case in 2008-2014. The type of research is descriptive, tehnicque of data analyze is qualitative and use secondary data sourcedfrom internet and library research. The problem will be analyzed by cybercrime theory by Serio and Gorkinand policy concept by James P. Lester dan Joseph Stewart Jr. The results indicated that policy of Indonesian Government to solve cybercrime in Indonesia still considered not effective to reduce cybercrime acts that getting more higher. It motivated the government of Indonesia to make the policies which are internal and external policies to face cybercrime acts and those policies has succeed where volume of Indonesia cybercrime acts has decreased and increase theIndonesian cyber police quality.

With the same vision and goals to advance maritime, bilateral cooperation becomes one of the efforts to realize that vision. This study used qualitative research methods. In this study the authors use the concept of bilateral coorperation and sea power concepts that are used to perform the analysis in this study. Data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. The result of research show that this cooperation covers maritime defense, maritime diplomacy, economic and industry maritime and maritime social-culture.
