This prompted the Balikpapan City Government to contribute more to improving infrastructure development through the partnership of Indonesia Australia to implement the Australian Aid Office Water and Sanitation Program in Kota Balikpapan to assist PDAM Tirta Manggar in building infrastructure to meet the needs of the people of Balikpapan who are still difficult to obtain facilities clean water maximally.
