First, social media is used by the movement to gather masses and supporters, to inform people about issues and cases regarding the discrimination against the black community of UK, and to promote their identity as the group that fights for black rights. Campaigns are used by UKBLM as a momentum to promote to the people of UK about issues and problems in form of collective actions on public spaces. Lastly, fundraising by the group to ensure their resources and to help other group or organizations with the same ideology.
