- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The collaboration between the GBC (General Border Committee) Malindo protab.15 which has been agreed by the POLRI and PDRM is related to the cooperation of eradicating National Organized Crime, namely the problem of drug smuggling and the smuggling of other goods across borders. One of the implementation of this cooperation is at the Entikong land border of West Kalimantan and Sarawak, Malaysia is because these two regions have very close land borders and are often called the silk route. The method used in this research is qualitative which uses data analysis techniques. The results of this study, the authors found that the implementation of the GBC Malindo collaboration in the Entikong-Serawak region still has obstacles faced by the POLRI and PDRM in eradicating the drug problem completely. Because the ideal form of this cooperation is still not being implemented, such as lack of supervision on unofficial channels, lack of supporting infrastructure at the border, apparatus resources that are prone to corruption and abuse of authority, implementation of MLA Mutual Legal Assistance which can only be carried out through diplomatic channels, and lack of patrols. combined POLRI and PDRM along the border of the two countries.
