The research method uses descriptive research with valid data sources obtained from books, journals, websites and news. In this study the authors use the concept of international organizations. IPEN as an international organization in overcoming the problem of lead in paint in Indonesia by carrying out its role both as an initiator where IPEN began raising the issue of lead in paint and starting research on several paint products in Indonesia, as a facilitator where IPEN facilitates other actors that contribute to achieve common goals in overcoming lead problems in paint, and as a mediator where IPEN mediates between involved parties in overcoming lead problems in paint.
