- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Papua New Guinea Solution (PNG Solution) is a Australia Program cooperation with Papua New Guinea to concentrate the Papua New Guinea as a Detention Center for asylum seekers. The cooperation aiming that Asylum Seekers who wants to entered Australia territorial must transferred immediately to Manus Island, Papua New Guinea and Australia accept no more Asylum Seekers with illegal route. This analysis wants to explain why Papua New Guinea stop the Papua New Guinea (PNG Solution) cooperation with Australia. The research method used in compiling this thesis is explanative with secondary data. The analysis technique used is qualitative. The theory used is International Refugees Theory and Decision Making Theory. Both of these theories are used to answer the reason why Papua Nugini stop Papua New Guinea Solution (PNG Solution) cooperation with Australia in 2016. The results of this study showing that response of Australia to ended PNG Solution cooperation in 2016 start from no longer extended PNG Solution cooperation, not allowed the asylum seekers to entering Australia territory untul closed Detention Center in Manus Island. These are things that’s make Australia response to ended PNG Solution cooperation undertaken by Papua Nugini.
