Shanghai cooperation organization is a cooperation between the countries in the Central Asian region and China-Russia. The research method in this thesis is descriptive. The type of data uses secondary data. Data analysis technique uses Interpretive Analysis. The data collection uses library research. The concept of international organizations and regional security complexes are used as references for analyzing the interests of security policies from Uzbekistan. The response from Shanghai Cooperation Organization with Uzbekistan is guarding the cross-border against the inclusion of extremist networks of the Uzbekistan Islamic movement and military training.
