- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to look at the Role of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Dealing with Child Refugees in Hungary 2015-2017. The concept used in this study is the Concept of Refugees and the Concept of International Organizations. the concept of refugees is used to identify refugees and their rights (in this case refugee children), while the concept of international organizations is used to analyze the roles undertaken by United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF) to deal with the problem of refugee children in Hungary in 2015-2017, United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF) carries out its three roles as an international organization, namely as an independent institution of actors, arenas and instruments.
