- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This reseach aimed to explain about the reason of Russian rejection towards resolution draft of United Nations Security Council No.S/2017/315 about the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and United Nations (UN) extension settlement addressing cases of attacks in Khan Sheikhoun – Southern Idlib Syria. The researcher used decision making theory. The type of reseacrh used the preparation of this thesis is library data and secondary data.
