• Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Bali is one of the favorite tourist destinations in Indonesia with an outside culture that is “free” causes the vulnerability of the spread of the HIV and AIDS. This research ains to find out the HKRC’s efforts in preventing HIV and AIDS in Bali, as well as to illustrate the obstacles in the HKRC’s efforts to prevent HIV and AIDS in Bali. The type of this researches is descriptive, which describe the HKRC’s efforts in preventing the spread of HIV and AIDS in Bali. The technique of data analyze is secondary data obtained through literature and literature studies such as books, internet, and others. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis technique. The theory used in this study is the theory of international organizations and the concept of HIV and AIDS. The results showed that the HKRC’s efforts in preventing the spread of HIV and AIDS in Bali through a number of programs such as: Preventing further HIV, Extending HIV care, treatment and support, Reducing HIV stigma and discrimination and Strengthening PMI’s capacity to provide and maintain an increase in HIV programs.
