The purpose of this research is to explain the reason of the US rejection to give Guantanamo Bay back to Cuba. كيف تلعب روليت the type of the research that the author used is explanative and the theory that the author used is Decision Making Theory. The rejection of US government to give Guantanamo Bay back to Cuba is because of many reasons, including; domestic politics situation, US economy and military situation and international context. اين ذهب كريستيانو رونالدو Guantanamo Bay is so important for the US because there is the only one US’s Naval Base in Atlantic Ocean, and the military prison that used by the US to sentence terrorists without the law process.
