- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The results showed that the risk of the implementation of the peace talks conducted by the Moro Islamic Liberation Front and the Philippine government under the regime of president Benigno Aquino III 2012-2016 period, involved Malaysia as mediator and international actors with the asymmetric authonomy which given a huge authority by the central government is triggering the nations disintegration like ethnic conflict in Mindanao, the internal conflict inside Bangsa Moro and the Christian, the rejection of the implementation of Syariah Supreme Court by the Christians, the worriest of the exclusiveness government, or corruption, the decreasing of national income, a political conflict and a violence syndrome which approaching the election, the upcoming new separatism movement in the southeast, the obstacles from the opposition group which try to thwarf the peace and possioly stimulate the Bangsa Moro to demand a fun independence from Philippines.
