TPP is an extensive and comprehensive agreement aimed to set a new standard in free trade. During the secretive negotiation process and after the agreement was publicized, TPP received mainly negative responses from the American public. One of the main concern was that Intellectual Property Chapter might be harmful towards freedom of expression. رهان كرة القدم The purpose of this research was to explain the reasons the American public responded negatively to the Intellectual Property Chapter in the Trans-Pacific Partnership. The method used in this research is descriptive case study. This Research uses a Explanative method which data are taken from books, journals, websites, and valid news. the authors use qualitative data analysis techniques.The result show that there are some substantial constraints on the contents of the extradition treaty which then becomes a consideration for both countries and the long ratification process in Cina and Indonesia.

• Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): In the face of the EVFTA agreement came into effect in 2018, Viet Nam improve development strategies by increasing the competitiveness of the export of fishery products to take advantage of potential consumption as well as opportunities of cooperation between Viet Nam and the European Union. This strategy can be a reference for countries with similar potential of marine that resembles the Viet Nam as a way of dealing with market competition of free trade with the European Union by improving the competitiveness of fishery consumption products. The study of Viet Nam and the European Union includes the condition and characterisitics of each, such as trade, tourism, cultural and social can be an influence on the opportunities as well as challenges in the prospects of the cooperation will be maintain. The result of research shows that Viet Nam’s marine economic development strategy in facing EVFTA 2018 are gradually maintains a good reputation from the export commodities of seafood consumption to consumers. Viet Nam need to improve service and quality of fishery products, utilize modern technology, improves infrastructure that supports development activities, and provides support to companies or business entities in order to improve the quality and quantity of products. For Viet Nam, EVFTA is also part of Vietnam’s strategy to improve its bargaining position with countries at the level of international cooperation.

The method which used in this research is analytics descriptive. The collecting data method is using study literature and secondary data. The analytical data method which used is qualitative analytics.The result shows that United States’ Assistance towards Israeli nuclear weapons program is a decision based on internal and external factors. Those internal and external factors that cause the US assistance on Israeli nuclear weapons program are, Israeli is a credible alliance for US, existence of AIPAC lobby in US, and shared values between US and Israel.

• 4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to analyze the barriers of coorperation between the government of Indonesia and FAO in running food security program in East Nusa Tenggara. This type of research is desctiptive where the author tries to explain food problem in NTT as well as influencing factors. The data presented are secondary data obtained through library (library research) sourced from books, journals and internet. Data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that the barriers of food security programs of Indonesia-FAO cooperation in East Nusa Tenggara are climate and environmental factors, human resources, poverty, education level, capital from both government and foreign investors, access to decent work and other factors.

• Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata):Since the global economic crisis hit the Euro Zone, the domestic economic activity of Ireland has declined due to unstable property market. The result is a financial crisis in the form of budget deficit and an increasing rate of inflation. This situation forced the European Central Bank to take efforts in handling the Ireland financial crisis. According to the concept of monetary policy by Aulia Pohan, in achieving the balance of economic growth, price stability, equity of development and balance of payments. This achievement can be done by applying monetary policy indicators, such as controlling interest rates and controlling the currency in circulation. This Research shows the European Central Bank’s efforts in handling the Ireland financial crisis of 2009 in two ways, the interest rate of the currency control and the currency in circulation control. In terms of the interest rate of the currency control,European Central Bank raised and lowered the interest rate of the Euro based on Ireland’s economic conditions. While the currency in circulation control, the European Central Bank implements monetary policy which is a moral persuasion in the form of bailout funds and open market operations by buying Irelend bonds.
