• Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The spread of Japanese pop culture by Anime Festival Asia in Indonesia shows the advantages of a cultural element by utilizing the use of soft power diplomacy. The purpose of this research is to determine the Anime Festival Asia’s efforts in the spread of Japanese pop culture in Indonesia. ivermectina inkafarma This issue would be analyzed with the theory of diplomacy to analyze the spread of Japanese pop culture by Anime Festival Asia (AFA). The result showed Japan as a country using Soft Power Diplomacy in a cultural context has succeeded in establishing better cooperation and providing a culture of Japanese pop culture and has big interest especially among teenagers, and that success can be seen in Anime Festival Asia activities that show success and profit between the two countries that have cooperation.

• Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIP’s) is an international agreement administered by the World Trade Organization (WTO) that sets down minimum standards for many forms of intellectual property (IP) regulation as applied to nationals of other WTO Members.TRIP’s was negotiated at the end of the Uruguay Round of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) in 1994. Its inclusion was the culmination of a program of intense lobbying by the United States, supported by the European Union, Japan and other developed nations.The purpose of this study is to describe “Indonesian Policy to apply TRIP’s (Trade Related aspect of Intellecttual Property Right’s) towards the ASEAN Economic Community”,.The result showed Indonesian policy to apply TRIP’s towards the ASEAN Economic Community, divided to two policy there are Technical Policy and Non-technical Policy. Technical policy among others is perfecting device of legislation, do law enforcement in maximum level and fix the institutional administration. Non-technical policy is do socialization of intellectual property rights. This policy considered successfully showed of the increasing product amount will to patented and reduced intellectual property rights problem in Indonesia.

Along with the influx of irregular migration will be followed by the entry of other issues such as infectious diseases, smuggling of goods, narcotics and human beings, even linked to terrorist groups. Bali Process is a regional cooperation the ministerial level in the fight against trafficking and smuggling in kawasa Asia Pacific. As a transit country and the destination country, Indonesia and Australia to cooperate within the framework of the Bali Process to address the problem of irregular migration. Cooperation between Indonesia and Australia is driven by the national interests of both countries and must still be done in accordance with the methods of the Bali Process.

Research type applied is analytical descriptive, describes how Indonesia government release policy embargo second clothing import. especially in the aspect of the garment 2014 can be seen through several factors such as economic factors, namely industry and the protection of society in his country. Presented data was secondary data obtained through Indonesia official site, books, journal, internet, and all the sources that were related to this subject. Data analytical technique applied is qualitative analysis technique. The results showed that the import ban on used clothing policy by the government of Indonesia to protect the domestic garment industry and garment industry development in Indonesia, health factors, which protects consumers from harmful products, and factors nationalism, evoking the use of domestic products.
