- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Policy embargo second clothing imports by the Indonesian government 2014. Concept applied is policy protectionism, and concept eksport and import. Research type applied is analytical descriptive, describes how Indonesia government release policy embargo second clothing import. especially in the aspect of the garment 2014 can be seen through several factors such as economic factors, namely industry and the protection of society in his country. Presented data was secondary data obtained through Indonesia official site, books, journal, internet, and all the sources that were related to this subject. Data analytical technique applied is qualitative analysis technique. The results showed that the import ban on used clothing policy by the government of Indonesia to protect the domestic garment industry and garment industry development in Indonesia, health factors, which protects consumers from harmful products, and factors nationalism, evoking the use of domestic products.
