In this research, the author aims to describe and explain the efforts that UNHCR has made in dealing with the problem of Cameroonian refugees in Nigeria from 2017-2020. The discussion in this paper uses the concept of International Organizations and also the concept of Refugees themselves. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Then the type of data obtained is secondary data collected using library study methods or techniques. The results of the research explain and show that UNHCR’s efforts in handling Cameroonian refugees in Nigeria in 2017-2020 have two roles. The first role, UNHCR as a Determinator to grant refugee status through the Refugee Status Determinator (RSD) mechanism. After determining refugee status, UNHCR will then provide further assistance and protection to the refugees and seek the best solution for them. The second role is UNHCR as a facilitator by facilitating government cooperation with international organizations, providing assistance to Cameroonian refugees to obtain shelter, health services, shelter and education. Collaborative efforts were carried out by UNHCR together with other organizations in order to realize a more effective and optimal distribution of aid, this is in accordance with the concept of international organizations.

The first expansion of Gojek give positive results in Vietnam in 2018 under the name Go-Viet it also happened to other country including Thailand in 2018 under the name Get!, Singapore in 2019 keep using Gojek name to operate in Singapore, Gojek also expand Philippines in 2019 despite facing obstracts regarding stock ownerships regulations in Philippines and also in late 2019 Gojek has plan to expand Malaysia, in the beginning of Gojek expansion in Malaysia, there is a chance for Gojek because Gojek has permission by Malaysian Government. there is a Gojek trial operate in Malaysia to findout market condition this trial named Proof Of Concept (POC) under Malaysian Government control. but unfortunately, suddenly Gojek expansion in Malaysia has been rejected by the government without any warn because of safety issue amongst 2 wheeled vehicle especially motorcycle. This research goals is to explain and anlyze Malaysia’s rejection of Gojek Indonesia’s business expansion in Malaysia in 2019. This study is an explanatory research. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. This research utilizes Library Research. The result of the study shows that the reason of Malaysia’s rejection of Gojek Indonesia’s business expansion in Malaysia in 2019 because of the protection of local companies by the Malaysian government, the Land Transport Act policy that obstruct Gojek, opposition from various parties in Malaysia, low safety standards and the high risk of accidents for motorcycle vehicle in Malaysia.

Under the decision in normalizing the diplomatic relations of Morocco-Israel in 2020, the researcher concluded that there is a geographical, economical, and political interest related to the West Sahara where it is considered as the disputed territory between Morocco and group of liberation struggle (Front polisario), indeed this kind of normalization become one of Morocco’s strategy in legitimating West Sahara territory by diplomatically collecting positive supports or even other countries’ weaponry.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Indonesia is one of the countries affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. As Indonesia was once the country ranked first with the highest number of positive cases and deaths in the Southeast Asia region on June 17th 2020. This prompted the Indonesian government to immediately take intensive steps to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in the country, one of which is by implementing cooperation. multilateral through the COVAX Facility to procure the AstraZeneca vaccine. However, after receiving the first batch of vaccine supplies from the COVAX Facility, it gave rise to a number of polemics regarding the safety of using the AstraZeneca CTMAV 547 vaccine. The research method used qualitative research methods and used secondary data as the main data and used library research analysis techniques as a data validation technique. To be able to analyze the reasons for the Indonesian government continuing multilateral cooperation with the COVAX Facility, researchers concluded Richard Snyder’s Decision Making theory which analyzes internal and external factors into 5 basic elements of the Decision Making framework, namely decision making situation, decision making participants, decision making organization, decision making process decisions, and the results of decision making. The results of this research show that there are two reasons behind the Indonesian government’s decision to return to using and procuring the AstraZeneca vaccine, namely that the AstraZeneca vaccine has the advantage of herd immunity based on recommendations from WHO and by continuing this collaboration, Indonesia is able to exceed the vaccination target faster than WHO in control efforts.   • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peran organisasi internasional United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF ) dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Papua Tahun 2020-2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif menganalisis dengan data primer maupun data skunder yang dikumpulkan melalui literature review seperti buku, jurnal, dokumen maupun internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori peran organisasi internasional dari Clive Archer dan konsep kualitas pendidikan dari Edward Sallis untuk menjelaskan pertanyaan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kondisi pendidikan di Papua merupakan sebuah permasalahan yang kompleks, dimana berhubungan dengan berbagai faktor yang membuat pendidikan sangat tertinggal. Mulai dari tingkat kemiskinan yang tinggi, penerapan kurikulum yang tidak merata, jumlah tenaga pengajar sangat minim, keterbatasan sekolah, sosial budaya yang beraneka ragam, tingkat buta huruf relatif tinggi, kurangnya angka partisipasi penduduk yang sedang bersekolah dan meningkatnya angka putus sekolah, keadaan ini membuat rendahnya Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah, namun masih terdapat tantangan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Papua. Sebagai organisasi internasional yang berfokus pada perlindungan dan kesejahteraan anak-anak di seluruh dunia, UNICEF melakukan perannya sebagai aktor organisasi internasional dengan menjalankan Program rural and remote education initiative for Papuan Provinces.

The results of this study indicate that, Karimunjawa Tourism opportunities have not been maximized or optimized properly and evenly, therefore with the existence of a policy from the government regarding the implementation of the Blue Economy policy it is hoped that it can improve people’s conditions in terms of environmental, economic and social aspects.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Turkey involved in the Syrian conflict by participating in the Syrian Peace Process. Turkey also initiated an agreement known as the Sochi Agreement regarding the Syrian conflict in 2018. The Sochi Agreement itself is part of the peace process for Syria which has been implemented since 2017. This article aims to explain the reason why Turkey initiated the Sochi Agreement in 2018 and used qualitative data analysis. The theory used in this research is decision making. The result of this research showed that the reason Turkey initiated the Sochi Agreement regarding the Syrian Conflict in 2018 was based on internal and external factor. Based on internal factor, the reason is the amount of Syrian refugees within Turkey caused financial problem, shaped poor sentiment and caused security issue in Turkish society. Based on external factor the reason is the existence of armed group that become an obstacle for Syrian peace proces.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Tajikistan and China are countries that have bilateral relations that have existed since 1992 and their relations continued when China issued a foreign policy called One Belt One Road (OBOR) and Tajikistan was the first country to join the policy. In 2016, the policy changed its name to the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and was refined institutionally with the same vision. Tajikistan’s involvement in this policy has both positive and negative impacts on Tajikistan. The results of this study illustrate that the impacts received by Tajikistan from cooperation within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative are divided into positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is that infrastructure development in Tajikistan is increasing, the negative impact is that Tajikistan’s foreign debt to China is increasing.
