  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to analyze how the implementation of UNSCR 1325 and GR 30 in dealing with violence in Northeast India in 2013-2015. The research method used is descriptive research with data sources obtained from books, thesis journals, articles, mass media, internet sources and credible literature. In this study the authors used the theoretical basis of change from Hivos and the concept of violence against women. The results of this study indicate that India is still unable to implement UNSCR 1325 and GR 30 general recommendations and resolution recommendations from UN WOMEN as an international institution that guarantees the elimination or elimination of all forms of discrimination against women in all countries that ratify the CEDAW Convention under the auspices of the United Nations in optimally the northeastern India region reviewed from 2013-2015. This is because there are still many cases of violence against women in northeast India which are classified as increasing even though India has ratified the CEDAW Convention in 1993.
