- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study describes the government policy of Indonesia in dealing with acts of origin fraud in 2015. The results of this study indicate that the government of Indonesia has issued 2 policies in dealing with acts of origin fraud, those are the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number: 77/M- DAG/PER/10/2014 concerning the Rules of Origin of Indonesia and the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number: 22/M-DAG/PER/3/2015 concerning Provisions and Procedures for Issuance of Certificate of Origin for Goods of Indonesian Origin.
