  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study describes the government policy of Indonesia in dealing with acts of origin fraud in 2015. The results of this study indicate that the government of Indonesia has issued 2 policies in dealing with acts of origin fraud, those are the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number: 77/M- DAG/PER/10/2014 concerning the Rules of Origin of Indonesia and the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number: 22/M-DAG/PER/3/2015 concerning Provisions and Procedures for Issuance of Certificate of Origin for Goods of Indonesian Origin. Both policies are the form of the Rules of Origin implementation into the domestic policies in Indonesia, which is a result of the World Trade Organization’s single undertaking rules so that each member country must apply the rules that have been established. موقع باي بال This is following the hegemonic stability model approach, which states that a regime has the power to dominatethe international system to influence how a country behaves and acts in making a policy. الدوري السعودي للنساء
