- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Official Development Assistance (ODA) is a concept of foreign aid that created by OECD in 1969. The purpose of the aid is to promote development in developed country. Turkey use ODA to give aid to Somalia since 1985, but the most significant increase are from 2011 to 2015. Somalia is a poor country filled with internal conflicts,Terrorist group, and famine disaster,also Somalia is not in direct border with Turkey unlike Syria, making Somalia less relevant to aid with, but Turkey increase the aid anyway. The purpose of this research is to explain the reasons behind Turkey’s increasing aid to Somalia from 2011 to 2015. العاب 500 The type of this research is explanative, the research is researched using foreign aid theory. كيف تجيب فلوس حقيقية The results show that Turkey has several motives to aid Somalia using ODA, that is Economic, Politic and security. But the research only focus on two motives that is economic and security motives.
