  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The purpose of this research is knowing China’s involvement in Syrian Conflict and the political interest behind it. For that reason, the writer did this research with the qualitative method that describe about an event clearly and link it with previously happened phenomenon. Data collection technique used is library research from books, journals, magazines, and internet. The kinds of data used are secondary data compiled by the writer via library research from various literature. Those data were then elaborated with qualitative data analysis technique, were the problem described based on facts and information linked with one another.The result of the research described that China’s involvement is basically a turning point on China’s diplomacy upon Middle East issues, one of them being China’s decision to use its Veto on Syrian Crisis. Beijing’s diplomatic activity in Syrian Conflict shows the efforts to expand China’s influence in solving internasional crisis to raise China’s diplomatic profile in the international point of view, moreover Syiria’s strategic role in the middle of international geopolitics is very important to some of the word’s big countries like China.
