Barcelona tried to do a variety of ways to get rid of a FIFA punishment , or at least it becomes lighter sentence . one of Barcelona’s methods to be free from punishment violation FIFA transfer was appealed by sending a written letter to sport a higher court , the CAS ( Court of Arbitration for Sport ) after an appeal lodged by Barcelona to FIFA rejected . This research will discuss in more detail how Barcelona appeal FIFA sanctions in dealing with cases related to illegal recruitment of under-age players
