- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): PT. Inalum or Indonesia Asahan Alumunium is joint venture between the goverment of Indonesia with Jpan (NAA). That build on January 6 th 1976in Jakarta. PT. Inalum move in PLTA sector and smelting of alumunium bars (ingot). Based on agreement cooperation ended on Oktober 31yh 2013. In cooperation aim to manage PT. Inalum and benefit that fell very less for country. One of the examplewas the result of production in unripe export to Japan and recycle be the last product in there. So the add value that got was very less. After that the comparison share much more than Japan from Indonesia. With the cooperation that alot, will be get advance to Japan, so the goverment of Indonesia do nasiolalization of PT. Inalum. Therefore also Indonesia national interest in nasionalize the company. Now the whises of Japan for still continued the cooperation was Japan do lobies for contract extension and increased the capacity of smelting alumunium bars factory. And side of NAA also did new investation. Although side of Japan was do alot of way for contract extension but Indonesia still did nationalization and never extension that contract. Indonesia was do effort for nationalization of PT. Inalum and this result from that effort was paid compensationto Japan
