  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to describe and illustrate Brazilian’s government efforts in the climate change mitigation to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in global and domestic area. The increase caused Brazil’s emissions based on deforestation in Amazon, deforestation and fire in Cerrado, fuel employing increase from transportation consequence, industry process increase in electric and waste from iron industry process. Seeing that Brazil has the potential of forests as the heart in the world, the global community is also asked Brazil to oversee the opening land in the Amazon. In another side, deforestation and degradation have danger impact for human and species. Through the caused Brazilian’s government to be adopted a national mitigation scaled by UNFCCC. The mitigation’s name is Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMAs). Brazil adopts NAMAs since 2010 in Cancun Conference. NAMAs was decided as supporting sustainable development in the long term for economic development based on the environmentally for prosperous of society.
