This makes the basis that the good cooperation carried out by the company in managing oil exploration in the Nigerian Delta region and the dependence of the Nigerian Government both from an economic point of view, Shell’s advanced technology and long-standing good relations are one of the main reasons the government supports its activities and activities carried out by SPDC with the creation of an agreement between the government and related companies and giving full rights to explore oil fields in Nigeria in the form of a 2011 resolution agreement.

The Irish government bill was made for the purpose of importing or selling goods and services distributed in the territory of Israel to Ireland. This study aims to explain in full the analysis of the Irish Interest behind the Establishment of the Laws. This cooperation agreement was carried out by Indonesia through PT.PAL and Netherlands through Damen Schelde Naval Shipbuilding, as outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), namely; Information sharing, training, education and training, logistical support, and exchange of visits, from the five points of cooperation carried out. Using international cooperation theory, secondary data and kualitatif analysis. The results of this research is Indonesian owned two frigates Ship named KRI 331 were the first Light Frigates owned by Indonesia with very high weapons and security systems and KRI 332 which has the same system, but in the manufacture of these ships encountered many obstacles from the Indonesian government and also wrong in the placement of the KRI 331 ship after being built, tested and legalized.   • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Abstract This study aims to analyze and describe the interests of Indonesian Government had on international economic, in this case that of action figures imported from overseas. based from the points of policies made by the government that manages on interntional economics that consisted of International trading, managing export and import also as being a member of the World Trade Organization. The research method used is descriptive with secondary data types. The analysis technique used is qualitative. The concepts used are Protectionism. The results of this study shows that the interests of Indonesian Government had on the making of its international trade policies are that of economic interests, whereas for the policies are made on the notion that of to improve the countries income as well as put forward the competitive edge of the products from Indonesian companies. Aside from that, the government also promotes the citizen to decrease the usages of import products. From the government itselves, the policies made from its interests are reflected from the 2 main interests which was discussed in this research. The interests are the Economic Interests, and Protection Interests.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan Korea Utara adalah dengan melakukan beberbagai kegiatan-kegiatan dilarang hukum seperti memproduksi obat-obatan terlarang untuk didistribusikan di luar negeri, melakukan produksi senjata yang akan di jual di negara-negara Timur Tengah dan Afrika, serta memanfaatkan korps diplomatiknya untuk melakukan penyelundupan binatang-binatang langka dari Afrika ke Tiongkok serta melatih warga negaranya untuk meretas dan mencuri bank-bank dunia. Selain melancarkan strategi kegiatan dilarang hukum, Korea Utara juga mengembangkan strateginya ke kegiatan lain, dengan memanfaatkan keaadan domestiknya, dengan cara mengirim warga negaranya sebagai tenaga kerja ke luar negeri, mendorong dan mengembangkan pariwisata dalam negeri, dan melakukan pengembangan smartphone dan operator seluler domestik.   • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The research aims to explore the backgrounds of the United States withdrawal from the JCPOA. The analysis method used is explanative research with secondary data. An approach that used in this research is International Regime Theory by Stephen D. Krasner. The result of this research shows that the backgrounds of the United States withdrawal from the JCPOA was due 4 reasons, first is the limited access of the IAEA to Iran’s nuclear sites. Second, the JCPOA does not explicitly regulate the prohibition for Iran to develop weapons through nuclear energy. Third, the United States considers that JCPOA to be more profitable for Iran. Fourth, the provisions of the sunset clauses that regulate the limits of the implementation of the JCPOA are not in accordance with the interest of the United States.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The results of this study shows that the use of PMSC in the 2013 Iraqi riots by the United States was for three reasons. The first reason for using PMSC frees the US from responsibility for what personnel in the field do. This act disavowment is a form of the US in maintaining its political image. The next reason is the use of PMSC being the more economical option. The third reason is because of the many forms of objections by the global community to the United States, which at that time could no longer place the country’s armed forces due to the end of the Iraq war in 2011. The presence of PMSC in Iraq on the 2013 Iraqi Insurgency was at first as a presence of power which deters the colliding sides that aims to take over the then-empty Iraqi government. But in the end, the decision to pull back the PMSC inbetween 2013 by The USA instead smoothen the violent act done by the colliding sides which became the catalyst for Iraqi Civil War 2014.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The Purpose of this research is to describe the diplomacy carried out by the United States in the formation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action nuclear agreement with Iran starting from 2013-2015. This research is a descriptive research type with secondary data source. Then, to explain the research question, Soft Power concept and the concept of nuclear development are used. The results of this research, show that US diplomacy in the formation of the 2013-2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action Nuclear Agreement with Iran was carried out using the Soft Power approach through bilateral diplomacy in private discussions with Iran. In addition, the United States has also joined the P5 + 1 group to diplomacy with Iran on nuclear issues, which then in 2015, the JCPOA Agreement was successfully reached between Iran, the United States and other P5 + 1 groups.
