• Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): December 10th, 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights was formed as milestone for the guarantee of human rights. Although the protection of human rights violations have been declared but it still occur directly or indirectly. Nowadays, Myanmar is one of the countries that have committed human rights violations. Human rights violations in Myanmar, would not be separated by the Rohingya case that became one of the most humanitarian violations happened a long time in the country. Military government does not acknowledge them as a part of the indigenous people in Myanmar. This has been strengthened by the establishment of Burma Citizenship Law 1982. Violations against ethnic Rohingyas, making international organizations to act and provide assistance such as the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). OIC as an international organization is doing its part to protect the Muslims in the world, and oppose racial discrimination. OIC as a third party to help resolve issues involving Myanmar’s government and ethnic Rohingya using mediation methods. This study discuss how the mediation process undertaken by the OIC in the case settlement.

The increase caused Brazil’s emissions based on deforestation in Amazon, deforestation and fire in Cerrado, fuel employing increase from transportation consequence, industry process increase in electric and waste from iron industry process. Seeing that Brazil has the potential of forests as the heart in the world, the global community is also asked Brazil to oversee the opening land in the Amazon. In another side, deforestation and degradation have danger impact for human and species. Through the caused Brazilian’s government to be adopted a national mitigation scaled by UNFCCC. The mitigation’s name is Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMAs). Brazil adopts NAMAs since 2010 in Cancun Conference. NAMAs was decided as supporting sustainable development in the long term for economic development based on the environmentally for prosperous of society.

On May 31, 2007, the Chinese government agreed to establish the National Bureau of Corruption Prevention to further strengthen efforts to prevent corruption and to launch international cooperation and assistance in preventing corruption and the criminal law on the criminalization of bribery of foreign public officials and international organizations on 1 May of 2011, was done as a response to public concerns that corruption which is now no longer growing domestic problems but also are transnational and organized that can threaten economic growth, because it often involves a foreign corporation in which China’s current foreign organization entered more into the market, and officials also fear that the presence of these foreign entities will increase the likelihood of money laundering and terrorism financing in China is of course a threat to economic development that resulted in the number of assets that were taken out of the country by the corrupt. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara produsen buah tropis terbesar di dunia dan Jerman dengan tingkat konsumsi tinggi buah-buahan tropis tanpa bisa memenuhi permintaan pasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dimana memberikan gambaran tentang objek penelitian melalui kalimat, kata atau gambar. Data yang disajikan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui kajian literatur untuk mengumpulkan data yang relevan dengan masalah yang dibahas dalam literatur seperti buku, koran, atau majalah dan situs-situs internet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai strategi pemerintah Indonesia untuk meningkatkan ekspor buah-buahan tropis ke Jerman periode 2006-2012, diketahui bahwa pemerintah Indonesia telah secara aktif terlibat dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan ekspor buah-buahan tropis ke Jerman menerapkan dalam bentuk sertifikasi, konseling atau pengadaan sosialisasi tren buah di pasar internasional serta pengadaan inovasi dalam mengatasi kendala seperti meningkatnya ekspor Standar mutu yang ditetapkan oleh negara-negara Uni Eropa termasuk Jerman di mana produk hortikultura organik atau bebas dari bahan kimia yang mana lebih disukai.
