  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the collaboration of the Regional Government of Kutai Kartanegara District through RASI with the Government of Japan through the Institute of Industrial Science, University of Tokyo (IIS/UT) in efforts to protect and preserve the Mahakam River Pesut in year of 2013-2015 and explain the concept of environmental conservation as basic theory is also the concept of governance as a reference for cooperation between countries in cooperation.In this writing, the author uses secondary data, i.e. data obtained from sources of library books, interviews and online data searches through internet media, whereas in this qualitative descriptive study where the authors reveal events or facts of a situation, phenomenon or variable that occur when the research is ongoing by presenting what actually happened. Data analysis technique used is data reduction techniques so that the data used correlate with the formulation of the problem that has been made. ivermectina 12mg para ces bula From the results of the research conducted, it was concluded that the cooperation between the Government of Kutai Kartanegara and IIS/UT also RASI as technical implementers so far has been very optimal and has greatly helped the Government of Kutai Kartanegara in carrying out efforts to preserve Pesut, as evidenced by the results of the performance of collaboration with RASI from 2013 to in 2015 by maximizing acoustic system tools, visual observation of pesut, and various training and counseling to improve human resources, all of which were followed by a series of work programs in 2016 until later in 2021.

This type of research is descriptive, analysis of data analysis techniques used is qualitative and uses secondary data sourced from the internet and literature. In explaining the Implementation of Privacy Shield in Using Protection of Personal Data of the European Union – United States of America, the author uses the concepts of Program Implementation, International Cooperation and Data Protection.The results of this study indicate that on 12 July 2016 the European Commission officially adopted a new agreement which is expected to protect data in both sides named the Privacy Shield framework. Privacy Shield is a data protection mechanism that uses Protection of Personal Data as a regulation to limit access and protect the transfer of personal data of citizens of the United States and the European Union.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to explain China’s efforts to meet the needs of domestic nickel post policy of mineral and coal law number 04 in Indonesia. The type of research is descriptive predictive, tehnicque of data analyze is qualitative and use secondary data sourced from internet and library research. To explain China’s effort to meet the needs of domestic nickel post minerba policy number 04 in Indonesia, the author use international trading concept in absolute advantage theory. The results of this study indicated, after the Indonesian government issued a policy of mineral and coal law in 2009, influenced China losing supply of nickel from Indonesia, meanwhile China is a stainless steel producing country. Constituted by those condition, China is making efforts to continue acquired nickel supplies from Indonesia by investing building smelter in Indonesia. As the result of this research, China has succeded in its efforts by investing in Smelter to meet the country’s nickel needs.
