To harness the advantage of a range of existing energy, the ASEAN member countries have agreed to cooperate in regional interconnection project called ASEAN Power Grid, a cooperation on the development of electric power and trade, as well as ensuring the resilience of regional energy. The ASEAN Power Grid has 16 interconnection project, and the focus of research is on the the interconnection project of West Borneo-Sarawak. The purpose of this research is to explain and analyze the integration of electricity in Southeast Asia in the implementation of the ASEAN Power Grid in West Borneo-Sarawak. The result of this research showed that the project of interconnection of West Borneo and Sarawak which became the focus of the research have connected on 20 January 2016. The ASEAN Power Grid interconnection project in West Borneo-Sarawak has successfully connected and both countries work together for 20 years into future to buy and sell electric power. The cooperation of the two countries can be said to be successful because both countries equally benefit by increasing the supply of electrical power to the system so it doesn’t happen to the deficit, as well as lowering the cost of providing the electric power.

The purpose of this research to explain the Indonesian government’s efforts to become Schengen member. The results of this research indicate that the Government of Indonesia is now continually strive to enter the membership of the Schengen Area. • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to explain the continuation of military cooperation between Russia and France after the application of EU sanctions against Russia in the Crimean crisis. This type of research is descriptive analysis, technique of data analyze is qualitative and use secondary data from the internet and library research. The problem would be analysed by neoliberalism and economic sanctions concept. The results of this study showed that the sanctions received by Russia for its military intervention in Crimea crisis had an impact on military cooperation between Russia and France. However, it is not possible that there will be no more military cooperation that exists between Russia and France. An export ban and assets freeze sanctions that imposed on Russia looks not influential enough for Russia and France, because both of them trying to re-establish good relations in military cooperation. It can be seen from Russia that offers back military ties to France although Russia is still below the EU sanctions.
