  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Initially in 1957 the use of space was used for science aimed at the benefit of all mankind in order to facilitate life on earth but then space began to be used for the military interests of a country to increase its military strength. This study aims to examine the efforts made by CRASL to develop space laws so that they are not used for military purposes. The research method used in compiling this thesis is descriptive with secondary data types. The analysis technique used is qualitative. The theory used is Constructivism Theory. The results of this study to discribe the efforts of CRASL as an Agent in Constructism to try to spread their idea that the use of space should only be used for peace and prohibit all forms of militarization carried out by countries so that a law is needed to prevent space being used for military purposes
