The purpose of this research is to describes the South China Sea Area, and actually conflict in this place, In this letter that describe natural resources and other factor that is make this area is important, in this case ASEAN effort to overcome this clash.In this Condition, ASEAN wanted to show a Existance with how ASEAN can to protect a regional security stability. This progress is so long road to got a result, the Declaration of Conduct for all parties in south China Sea especially for are claimant states.
