Discrimination case that a happens everywhere including India. In India, discrimination has long occurred and the influence factors are people’s and the culture that been formed long time ago and going on until now. It a occurs many negative effect or bad conditions to the indian’s women. And the traditions might be harmful to individuals or groups such as dowry’s culture tradition, Abortion, caste dalitand Sati tradition. The results of this study indicate that the role of UN Women in handling the problem of discrimination can be successful and bring positive changes to the lives of women. Through as facilitator and mediator in international organizationin the program improves leadership and participation women’s, economic empowerment, security, annd violence against women. So, that women’s live in India get a lot of changes especially in the social and cultural.
