In 1979 China has made One Child Policy to control human populations in China. But the policy causes violent to China’s womens. The women’s rights in China was violated. Forced abortion, forced sterilization and gendercide made women in china suffered. The number of death infants, dying women because of the coercive action of China’s increasing. But the victims can’t do anything because it’s a part of national policy, and the government said a present will be given if China’s people success applied the policy or the punishment will be waiting if they fail to adopt that population control policy such as forced abortion, forced sterilization and other coercive actions. An international coalition, named Women’s Rights Without Frontiers take an action to stop it. Lead by an women’s rights advocate, Reggie Littlejohn, the coalition started to protect victims of one child policy di China since 2008. They missons are to stop forced abortion and starilization, gendercide, human trafficking and human slavery in China through their advocacy efforts such us send an official protest against forced abortion in China to the United Nations Commissions on The Statue of Women (UNCSW), do the gendercide campaign in India and China, become a public speaker about forced abortion issues in many University, and ask public to join with them to stop violence against women in China through they official website.

This type of research used in this research is descriptive is to illustrate the effectiveness of cooperation between Indonesia – USAID in addressing poverty to achieve the MDGs. Data collection techniques used include literature reviews or literartur study using data from the books, documents and data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis techniques. Based on the formulation of the problem, this study describes the effectiveness saw Indonesia’s cooperation with USAID in addressing poverty to achieve the MDGs by 2015, seen through cooperation programs were implemented. In addressing the problem of poverty in Indonesia, USAID put out SEADI program in 2010 that will work directly with the Indonesian government agencies namely TNP2K and BAPPENAS. The results showed that Indonesia -USAID cooperation in addressing poverty in Indonesia is quite effective with the success of the various programs SEADI in assisting government agencies in addressing poverty. Proven by decreasing the amount of poverty in Indonesia and is expected to reach the target MDGs1 2015.

This action demanded the Indonesian government to take measures to fight the crime of terrorism, and also this terrorism known as an extraordinary crime. Terrorism act’s occurred in Indonesia raising the concern of the international community to combat investigate and searching the perpetrators. The United Nation (UN) has issued two resolutions number 1438 of 2002 whies is strongly condemn the bombings in Bali and deeply sympathy to the people and Indonesian government, while the other resolution number 1373 of 2002 in contains some voices to collaborate and supported the Indonesian government to capture and uncover all the actors associated with the event process by court. By multiple occurrences of terrorism in Indonesia, all countries provide some intention and concrete’s supporting to counter the terrorism, while the uncover case processed of investigation to arrest the perpetrators to trial. The reality, there’s a red line between local terrorism and international terrorism network. This case raises our awareness and confident to fight the terrorism whies is required a comprehensive ways to work well in cross – sectoral and cross country. It is necessary for a national strategy for war on terrorism.

By using the concept of interests and institutions and the concept of free trade in Indonesia is known that mobile phones are now becoming one of the staples to facilitate the public in a variety of activities. The high demand for mobile phone demand in Indonesia but has not been able to produce its own so that Indonesia needs to import mobile phones from other countries especially from China given the mobile phone products from China have relatively low prices that are accessible by all people. But the increase in imports of China mobile phone after ACFTA agreement that apply tariffs to 0% will make Indonesia’s dependence on the China mobile phone products that precludes the possibility of local entrepreneurs to produce mobile phones in the future and therefore the Indonesian government strategy to reduce the rate of import mobile phones.

To distributed the oil China use the path on the water area such as Indian ocean. On the Indian Ocean China’s government built path named String of Pearls. Its showed that String of Pearls is a path that the Chinese used to distribute the energy of this state imported oil from the Middle East countries and Africa region. This path can be interpreted form of Chinese guard against sending oil supplies to China with the construction of several points. The pearls are connected from the mainland of China towards the South China Sea to the Indian Ocean waters into the waters of Arabian and some parts of Africa. String of Pearl’s start from the mainland of China is Hong Kong, Sanya on the island of Hainan, Woody Island, Archipelago Spartly, Sihanoukville (Campong SOM) y Ream in Cambodia, Istmo de Kra or better known as Kra Canal in Thailand, Coco Island and Kyaoukyou Sittwe in Myanmar, Chittagong in Bangladesh, Hambantota in Sri Lanka, the Maldives archipelago Marao, Al Ahdab in Iraq, Lamu in Kenya, and the last point is Sudan. String of Pearls is a path that linkage to replacement the PLA or Peoples Liberation’s Army in String of Pearl lines, especially in the offshore territorial of the Indian Ocean is to increase the political influence of the Chinese military. But women were not only regarded as victims but also as agents of change. The efforts made by women’s group in the country were actively in facilitating women’s inclusion in conflict resolution and democratization. Women’s Forum as one of the women’s group in Sierra Leone played an active role in the peace process, which included organising campaigns, demonstrations, debates to advocate for peace. Women’s Forum have been active in lobbying for the holding of two national Consultative Conference in 1995 and 1996, which paved the way for the transition to democratic rule. Women’s Forum mobilising for of the 30 percent quota for women’s representation in parliament. Morever, the efforts made by women’s groups in the country and involvement of international organitations in partnership with either the government or women’s group to provide assistance to female victims of violence.
