  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This research aims to explain the reasons South Africa withdrew from the International Criminal of Court (ICC). This type of research is explanative type. The type of data used is secondary data collection from various books, internet and journals as well as information from other media. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the reason South African countries withdraw from the ICC is due to internal factors namely South Africa prefers to advance its developing economic factors through collaboration with African Union members and the presence of activist protests coming from within South Africa. While the external factor is due to the UN Security Council’s decision-making is inseparable from the interference of Great Powers countries that are not members of the ICC but have veto-power. In addition, there was insistence from African Union member countries that had left the ICC first and ICC discrimination against South Africa.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The population of pangolin (manis javanica) has been decreased due to illegal hunting and trade. People in Vietnam believe pangolin is benefecial to health and caused a lot of poaching in Indonesia. To avoid the threat of extinction, Ministry of Forestry of Indonesia with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam agreed to cooperate through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 27 December 2012 in Ho Chi Minh City to protected wildlife specifically pangolin. The methods used in this research is qualitative. The research showed that cooperation conducted to information exchange, law enforcement, capacity building, and public awareness raising. Also, they collaborated with several national and international organizations to executed the programs. Although it has not been the best solution, the cooperation can make positive contribution in efforts to handle illegal pangolin trade.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This article explains the reaction of the Indonesian government after the emergence of Panama Papers in 2016. The method which used in this research is descriptive, with data sources from mainly come from book, journal, website and some other trusted sources. In this research, author uses tax amnesty and tax as the concepts. The result of this study shows that the reaction of the Indonesian government after the emergence of panama papers was call for the involvement of other countries to participate and be active in Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI). This cooperation allows the involved countries to exchange the financial information annually in year and the tax authorities in each country able to track the existence of the citizens who hide their assets abroad and the citizens who commit to tax evasion. Furthermore, the Indonesian government also implemented a tax amnesty policy to give an amnesty to the citizens who named in the list of panama papers which is indicated to tax evasion. Online child sexual abuse in India is increasing every year, an increase in online child sexual abuse the government of India will work with UNICEF to deal with the problem, using qualitative analysis techniques along with descriptive research method to explain the problem, with that problem UNICEF released child online protection for decrease the online child sexual abuse, which implemented through programs in collaboration with ict (information cominication and technology) companies to block child sexual abuse material, conduct a digital carnival, training for law enforcer and provide service to victims online child sexual abuse in India.
