  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to determine the obstacles of cooperation between Indonesia and Malaysia in handling medical examination of Indonesian migrant workers. The method used in this thesis is explanative. The type of data used is secondary type. بيت فاينل Data collection technique that writer use is the form of library research and the data analysis technique is a qualitative analysis. The theory used in this thesis is international cooperation. The results showed that obstacles in the examination of migrant workers, among others: the problem of poor internet network constraints make Nunukan Hospital difficult to do SISKOTKLN (Computerized card system of foreign labor); health checks are not up to standard, still lack of medical examination of enzymes and X-ray devices whose data are directly updated to the computer; falsification of health workforce certificate of indonesia which involve unscrupulous company of Indonesia labor service delivery and health facility Indonesia workforce in manipulating the data / documents or certificates so that Candidates for Indonesian Workers can still be processed for the departure of work to Malaysia without going through the examination; and immigration documents of Indonesian Migrant Workers with expired period of validity.

In this study the authors use the concept of national interest and the concept of public diplomacy through various tracks to conduct analysis in this study. The reserch method of this thesis is descriptive, describing the implementation of the IPEC program to prevent of child labour in Indonesia especially in Kutai Kartangara. This study use concept of implementation and child labour to perform analysis. The result of this study that the implementation of the IPEC program to prevent of child labour in Kutai Kartanegara implemented by ordinance of Zona Bebas Pekerja anak. That ordinance has policy for abolition and prevention of child labour. The programmes are Socialization, Improvement of Human resource, Social Sector, and Law Enforcement. The implementation of the programs that has going well, it is evidence by result achieved from the programs that has been work.

Research method that used to compose this thesis is descriptive, kind of data used is descriptive qualitative, this research based on library research. العاب سباق كلاب Result of this research to show that MERCOSUR development has problem on is from trade conflict among countries member. اليورو 2024 Unilateral act by Brazil and Argentina disharmony policy that applied by MERCOSUR, so lot of countries member that has to obey arrangement from treaty of asuncion and the issue extention interest countries member againts MERCOSUR that to try to balance the power againts influence from United State of America. All of the problem has been analysis throught Neorealism perspective by Kenneth Waltz throught his main assumtions that is character of units, ordering princpiles and distribution of capability. بصرة كوتشينة the conclusion from this thesis is conditions of international system is anarchy that cause coorperation between countries that made a character block trade will be hard to being reached because the anarchy condition in international system.

One of the policies given by the government is to legalize the same sex marriage, this policy can be understood through the concept of human rights, inthe LGBT have equality with the heterseksual. The Swedish government also grants rights that have been set in the law, including the right to the discrimination, civil rights, residence rights, to the right of adoption of children.Support gained by the LGBT, made the Swedish government legalize the same sex marriage. The reason the Swedish government made the policy, so that LGBT get its rights, have equality with heterseksual, protect LGBT from discrimination, and make Sweden become the first country that hold same-sex marriage in majority of big church in Sweden.

Writer try to describe and analyze the efforts of the Government of West Papua in conducting conservation tntc readiness of East Kalimantan through some policies issued by the Government of West papua as well as through cooperation with Wwf-Indonesia. Sources to be presented in this research is secondary sources. Sources obtained through literature review, either books, internet, ect. The sources analysis is qualitative analysis. Cendrawasih Bay National Park is one of the places where the habitat is an important concern to be protected. Cendrawasih Bay National Park is Indonesia’s largest Marine National Park located in West Papua Province. WWF Indonesia collaborates and has the full support of West Papua Provincial government and Papua Province in an effort to preserve the Cendrawasih Bay National Park and seeks to minimize the threat it faces. The main work program of WWF-Indonesia in Teluk Cendrawasih National Park is Marine Program. From the cooperation program is expected to make tntc be a good and decent conservation area.
