Iran need cooperation with another countries to cooperate in the energy sector whose purpose is to build the economy of the State. It is also utilized by Indonesia to meet its oil and gas needs. • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This research aims to find out and describe Japan-Indonesia cooperation in human resources development case studies Human Resources development job training Technical Intern Training Program-TITP. in his research, the type of research methods used in this research is descriptive. Data collection techniques used is a review of the literature or literature studies using data from books, documents, journals, and data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the form of Indonesia-Japan cooperation in human resource development Case Study of Human Resource Development Training of Technical Intern Training Program – TITP is in the form of sending Human Resources from Indonesia to be trained while working to Japan. There are 3 stages of method in this training, namely Lecture, On Job Training and Internship. From this collaboration it can be seen how human resources are educated to raise the standard of living but not enough to develop human resources and be treated poorly by leaders from Japan. but in this program it produces results such as the appreciation of the participants, from Japan in the form of certification, JITCO, the culture and work ethic they get while working, the ethos consists of 5S, and the contribution of participants to the state with the entrepreneurial form which aims to open new jobs . • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This research was motivated by the potential of Indonesia as a natural disaster-prone areas, the Indonesian government deems it necessary in cooperation with IOM in dealing with tsunami victims in Aceh. This research aim was to determine the effort of IOM (International Organization of Migration) and the government of Indonesia in recovery of post-tsunami Aceh. This research was descriptive analytic study, which gives an overview and explains the efforts of IOM and the Indonesian government in dealing with the recovery of post-tsunami Aceh. And analysis techniques used in this study was illustrative method, data analysis method by using basic theory application/conceptual with the concrete situation. The results of this research showed that in the post-tsunami recovery, IOM was working with the Indonesian government covering a program of housing construction, revitalization of health infrastructure, and projects livelihood support, as well as providing logistical support and transportation for the overall reconstruction effort.

The emergence of the claims issue of each party that resulted in the action of the Sulu who tried to infiltrate by entering the territory of Sabah with the intention of wanting to regain the territory of their ancestors who they believe the territory belongs to them, the territory of the Sultanate of Sulu. • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to describe the efforts of the Brazilian government in overcoming the threat of zika virus ahead of the Olympic Games in the City of Rio, Brazil. In less than nine months since the enactment of the zika virus as a national emergency which later became an international emergency by the WHO, the Brazilian government must succeed in overcoming the rapid and widespread zika virus in Brazil. This should be done by the Brazilian government to regain international confidence to keep the Olympics helds in Brazil. This research is a descriptive research using secondary data with qualitative approach to explain problem based on facts. To describe the Brazilian government’s efforts to tackle the virus ahead of the Rio Olympics, the securitization theory is used to explain in detail. The results show that the efforts taken have a positive impact as expected by the Brazilian government and others involved in the effort. It can be said that because in the end the Olympics will be held in accordance with the schedule should and take place without any significant obstacles. Even the parties involved directly with the implementation of the Rio Olympics was no one infected zika. This shows that the Brazilian government managed to secure the Olympics from the threat of zika virus.
